Shipping policy

We are happy to ship our products within the continental United States and anywhere abroad that is accessible.

Shipping Charges: we offer standard shipping on all orders. Our standard shipping charge is a flat rate of $10.95 per order unless it's a rushed order. Rushed orders fees and delivery time have to be discussed and approved before processing 

Shipping Methods & Estimated Delivery Times: we ship most orders through USPS or UPS. Estimated delivery times for standard shipping are as follows:

USPS First Class Mail: 4-7 business days UPS Ground: 3-6 business days

We are not responsible for shipping carrier delays or interruptions, but will ensure your order is traceable if a delay occurs. We will communicate with you about any changes to estimated delivery times.

You will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail with tracking information when your order ships. Please allow up to 2 business days for order processing and 7-14 business days before shipment.

All orders are :

Backorders/Out-of-Stock Items If an item in your order is out-of-stock, you will be notified via email. You will have the option to either cancel the item from your order or wait to receive it on a later shipment at no additional shipping cost.

If you choose to cancel the backordered item, you will receive a refund for that item. If shipped separately, backordered items will not result in additional shipping charges.

Shipping Restrictions We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes or international addresses. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Taxes & Import Duties Sales tax will be collected for orders shipped to addresses in all states where we have a business presence or are otherwise required by state law to collect sales tax.

If ordering from outside the United States, you may be subject to import duties and taxes upon delivery. You are responsible for paying these import duties. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to placing an order.

Delivery Issues We take care in preparing and packing all shipments in durable packaging to ensure your purchase arrives safely. However, occasionally accidents happen during shipping.

If you receive a damaged item, have missing items, or do not receive your order, please contact us right away so we can correct the issue promptly. We may request photos of damaged packaging or missing content to best address problems.

Lost Packages If your tracking information shows a package delivered, but you did not receive it, please let us know within 48 hours so we can begin a trace with the shipping carrier. We will work with the carrier to locate your order, which can take several days. If the shipment cannot be located after tracing, we will replace or refund your order.
